Let me start by saying that I called Marlon at around 6pm. I told him my ac was not working he replied by saying “I’ll be there in 30 minutes “ He got to my home like he said, diagnosed my ac very promptly. Next day he was at my home at 7:30 am installing my exterior unit in the rain. I can’t say anything negative about his character or business. I will only use Florida Glacier. In July 2023 I started to have problems with my 15 year old air conditioner. I called Marlon hoping he would be able to come out and get it running again. He was able to make it the same day and got it going for me without having to spend a lot of money on an AC that I knew had to be replaced soon. Just before Christmas 2024 my AC quit so needless to say I called Marlon at Florida Glacier to get a quote on a replacement. I got 3 other quotes and the quote from Florida Glacier was a clear winner. When Marlon and his crew replaced the old AC, they kept the inside and outside of the house very clean. The inside and outside AC units were properly secured, level and square off with the walls, the electrical and refrigerant lines were installed very neatly and precisely. A very professional job.
